Thank you for shopping with Gifts by Cindy! Each gift book is carefully prepared and packaged to make sure it arrives ready for you to fill with gift cards, cash, lottery tickets, or other special surprises.

Shipping Area

At this time, Gifts by Cindy ships within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping. Orders cannot be shipped to addresses outside of the United States.

Processing Time

Because our gift books are customized and made to order, please allow time for your order to be prepared before it ships. Processing times may vary depending on the size of your order and the time of year.

During busy seasons, especially leading up to Christmas, processing and shipping may take longer. We encourage you to order early during the holiday season to allow plenty of time for your gift book to arrive.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been completed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Gifts by Cindy is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Shipping Address

Please carefully check your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Gifts by Cindy is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Gifts by Cindy as soon as possible and include photos of the packaging and damaged items so we can review the issue.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Gifts by Cindy cannot guarantee replacement.
