Products & Custom Orders

Gifts by Cindy creates customizable gift books and related products designed to hold gift cards, cash, lottery tickets, and other small gifts.

Many of our products are made or assembled specifically according to the options selected by the customer. Product colors, positioning, and appearance may vary slightly from photographs shown online due to differences in materials, printing, lighting, and screen displays.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, gift cards, cash, lottery tickets, and other items shown in product photographs are for display purposes only and are not included with your purchase.

Ordering & Personalization

Customers are responsible for reviewing all selections and information before submitting an order. This includes names, spelling, personalization, cover choices, inserts, quantities, and shipping information.

Gifts by Cindy is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including orders containing inappropriate, unlawful, or otherwise unacceptable personalization requests. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

The price displayed at the time an order is placed will apply to that purchase, unless there is an obvious pricing or website error.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown when required during the ordering process.

Returns & Refunds

Because many Gifts by Cindy products are customized or made to order, all sales are generally final.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and order errors are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Please carefully review your order before submitting it.

Shipping

Gifts by Cindy currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Gift Cards, Cash & Lottery Tickets

Customers may choose to add their own gift cards, cash, lottery tickets, or other items to their gift books after receiving them.

Unless specifically included in the product description, these items are not included in the purchase price and are shown in photographs only to demonstrate how the gift book can be used.

Customers are responsible for following all applicable laws and age restrictions regarding the purchase, gifting, possession, or redemption of lottery tickets or other age-restricted items.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Gifts by Cindy name, original product photographs, graphics, written content, product designs, and other original materials appearing on our website or social media pages belong to Gifts by Cindy or are used with permission.

Our original content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

Third-party company names, logos, trademarks, and gift cards that may appear in photographs are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not necessarily indicate sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with Gifts by Cindy.

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, provide false or fraudulent information, or use our content in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
